Meet the team

Jack O’Leary
Entering into the world of health and fitness at the age of 6, my passion was born. Forged out of my hard work, dedication and consistency, between 9 and 16 I was a national level competitive runner, racing from 800m to 5km. From there my passions transitioned into an overall health and wellness approach – combining exercise, diet and mindfulness to create an overall healthy lifestyle.
Realising that my purpose had shifted, I decided to become a Personal Trainer and Fitness Yoga teacher; allowing me to give back everything that I had learned to others.
Supporting you through every second of your journey, I’ll be by your side as we accomplish your goals, together!
Qualifications:
- Level 3 Diploma in Gym Instructing and Personal Training
- Fitness Yoga Instructor
- Studying for a BSc in Dietetics
